Build in public

## Built by a trader. Used in the open.

Zain builds Pipcue, and he is recording his own trading on it in public: the alerts he runs, the rules he sets, the journal he keeps, and how it goes. Good days and bad ones.

The name

## A pip, then a cue

A **pip** is the unit every forex trader counts in. A **cue** is the signal to act. Your TradingView alert is the cue, and Pipcue turns it into the trade.

The mark says the same thing: a dot, then a chevron to go, on an ink tile. Everything else in Pipcue is ink and grey. Green and red are kept for one job: profit and loss.

What you will find

## Two kinds of entries, coming soon

### Trading log

Zain's own trading on Pipcue, written up as it happens: the setups and alerts, the rules switched on, journal notes and results.

### Building Pipcue

What changed in Pipcue and why: new tools, fixes and the decisions behind them, from the person making them.

### Ground rules

It is one trader's record, not advice and not signals to copy. Trading carries a risk of loss, with or without good tools.

## Trade on the same tools
